PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
Purchases can be made in the following ways:
- In person at our yard
- BACS (bank transfer) via Invoice
Payment Methods
Payments for goods can be made using any of the following methods:
- Cash (in person at our yard only)
- Debit and Credit Cards (in person, over the phone and through our website)
- BACS (bank transfer)
Please note that we reserve the right to, on occasion, decline to dispatch goods to a third party address where payment is being made over the phone and may alternatively request a BACS payment to be made.
Deliveries
Courier Deliveries:
- Made weekdays between 8am – 5pm
- Ensure someone is available to receive goods
- If missed, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery
Pallet Deliveries:
- We’ll contact you to arrange a suitable weekday (8am – 5pm) delivery
- Someone must be present to receive the goods

Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, resalable items
- Not accepted: perishable or opened products (e.g. Join-IT, lime mortar)
- Customer pays return shipping and must ensure goods are well packed
- Refunds are issued after inspection, minus delivery costs and a 20% restocking fee
- No returns for excess stock; allow up to 10% wastage on reclaimed goods
Damaged goods:
- Report immediately by phone and email with photos
- Only returnable if signed for as “damaged”
- We may arrange collection, replacement, or refund at our discretion
Please ensure goods are inspected before scheduling any contractors or work.
