COVID-19 Update: A message from our Managing Director
In light of the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, here is a quick update from us.
During this period of uncertainty, we’re here to support you and are fully committed to ensuring all of our customers can access our usual high levels of service as normal. Our reclamation yard and office is open, and our opening hours remain the same (8am- 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm Saturday).
Our team remains fully available for you via phone, email and online. Deliveries and collection of goods are continuing as usual, however please be assured we are taking the government recommended levels of precaution for customer and staff safety including:
- avoiding payment by cash where possible
- refraining from direct contact
- placing hand sanitising stations around the workplace
- regular cleaning of workstations and surfaces
We will of course work with our customers and partners and respect their wishes on preferred means of contact.
To maintain an uninterrupted service, we have taken proactive measures in line with Government advice, to ensure we can continue to operate in the coming weeks, while managing the developing situation. However, if the governmental advice changes, we will update you with further information.
